Kickstart your meditation habit with the support of a group and learn practical techniques in a laid back learning environment.
Join us for a four week block starting Friday 12 February. Each Friday morning we will start with a morning meditation session and then grab a coffee together afterwards. The 30 minute guided session will run from 7:30am - 8am at the studio before heading downstairs to Migrant Coffee.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Learn to meditate in a laid back and friendly group setting with the support of facilitator Alexis Gutteridge
Enjoy a 30 minute guided practice followed by coffee and discussion and a chance to ask all your meditation questions
Enjoy the opportunity to hang out with likeminded folk or grab your coffee to go (it’s included)
